Refunds Here at Cafe Spice Jersey, we pride ourselves on supplying the right product for our customers, however we do understand that occasionally there may be a need to exchange or return goods that are either unsuitable or unwanted. Cafe Spice Jersey do not currently offer refunds, any refunds that are made will be done so as a credit on the customers account. If there is a requirement to exchange or return any good, the customer should notify Cafe Spice Jersey. within 30 days. Payment Terms Unless otherwise stated, all payments are due within one month of delivery and will be subject to the addition of any taxes or duties which may be applicable to the goods. Deliveries All deliveries are free of charge, and are usually made anytime during our normal opening hours, and may include Saturday and Sundays if available. Cafe Spice Jersey does not currently deliver goods outside of the Channel Islands. At Cafe Spice Jersey, we aim to deliver by next working day. COLLECTIONS Collections can be made by arrangement from our offices between 08:30 & 17:00 Mon – Fri. Parking is available on site. Please call the appropriate on the contacts page.
